CABA Website

Now that they had a new name and identity, CABA turned to the web. Top of mind: a comprehensive site that would give both current and potential clients detailed information about their services and products.

Unfortunately, the details are pretty hard to understand and filled with industry speak.

We worked with the sales team to structure the site to move from broad overviews to progressively more specific information. Copy struck a careful balance between comprehensive yet conversational. The look and feel of the site was modern, clean and, like the company, fresh and unexpected.

The website has done some heavy lifting for CABA and allows them to send clients to the web for additional information and forms.

REVOLUTION: The Oklahoma Wind Energy Conference Website

In 2008, the Oklahoma State Department of Energy organized a conference to educate and inform attendees of wind energy’s potential impacts on Oklahoma’s economy and environment. In addition to other conference materials, S Design created a website that simply and graphically illustrates the vast potential of wind energy. The three column grid allowed multiple types of information to be displayed within the same structure.

The site functioned an information warehouse for both attendees and the media. Event information was in flux until days before the conference, as speakers were confirmed and speaking times shuffled to improve the event. With this in mind, the site was programmed on an easy-to-use, updatable platform that kept all users informed of the most current information.

schlegel bicycles website

Schlegel Bicycles needed a website that matched their unique brand. The site would show not only the breadth of services offered, but would also give Schlegel a platform for interaction with the local community as both an educator and an advocate for cycling.

We worked closely with Schlegel to create a navigational architecture that organized their complex needs into simple, intuitive categories. The blog content is designed to flow organically to relevant areas of the site, and we created compelling gateways for each specific audience.

The design showcases professional product and store photos used in tandem with smart-alecky, aptly Schlegel headlines, creating an atmosphere almost as fun as visiting Steve and company in person!
