Copper Creek Development Company is a family-owned company with a rich tradition of building well known developments in Oklahoma City. Marking a transfer of leadership from father to son, they had abbreviated their name to CCDC.
The new leadership wanted to celebrate their long-standing tradition as a successful family company. They also realized the brand was actually a sum of its parts, made of many properties with different buyers.
S Design created a new identity for the parent company centered on a classic and understated monogram. Identities for the communities take on the spirit of their unique landscapes and lifestyles.
Business owners, builders and families recognize the CCDC brand, but most remember the individual properties and communities. And like any proud father, they wouldn’t have it any other way.
